Rules of using SALESmanago e-learning platform

 

Welcome to SALESmanago e-learning platform!

Enjoy the world of SALESmanago Marketing Automation with our e-learning platform.

Go through the 10-lessons course, which consists of the general overview of each lesson, educational movies, recommended educational materials, complementary materials, dictionary and FAQ section. We will show you how to implement different features and later use them according to your marketing needs. Each lesson will end with the knowledge test, which will give you the possibility to check the quality of your education. When you finish your test, you know the result, however you do not have an access to see the incorrect answers. We wish that every person who takes the test and studies all available materials would be able to verify incorrect answers without such assistance. There is no limit for you to take these tests. Remember that high score in each lesson will help you to succeed in the final test which can be awarded with SALESmanago certificate.

Moreover, you will be able to conduct the summarizing test after going through every lesson. You have a chance to receive from us SALESmanago Marketing Automation Specialist certificate if you reach at least 90 points.

Don’t worry, summarizing test is based on the carefully developed and selected materials of the 10 platform’s parts. If you take time to read every part of it – test will not cause you any difficulties.

General information

After logging in to the platform you will be redirected to the page with a list of 10 lessons. If you want to change your personal details, you may use “My profile” panel at the right corner on top of the screen.

Each lesson is numbered. You can join the lessons in any order, but it is recommended to proceed with the materials step by step.

By clicking on the lesson you will be redirected to the web page, where you find information regarding:

  • Title of the lesson
  • General overview
  • The list of the main topics
  • E-learning movies / presentations We have prepared educational movies for you, that will help you to configure system’s features. We will show you step by step how to use the system.
  • Recommended educational materials
  • Complementary materials
  • Dictionary If you have never worked with Marketing Automation before, this dictionary will help you to process learning.
  • FAQ In this section, you will find the frequently asked questions by SALESmanago’s customers.
  • Check your knowledge – test In this section, you will find 10 questions that will help you check your level of knowledge. You can conduct the tests any number of times. We encourage you to at first to make sure you remember and understand all of the current materials and only after that, go to the next step. Remember, summarizing test will be based on the information contained in the platform, so it is worth taking time to learn, in order to get a positive result. On the right side of the screen you can find:

  • Your results In this section, you will find your test results.
  • Go to blog From the level of the platform, you can easily get an access to our blog. The knowledge of the world of SALESmanago Marketing Automation will help you understand how you can use your technical knowledge and get as much as possible from the system.
  • Support On our web page support.salesmanago.pl you will find technical help and information on how to implement different features. Your first steps in the system will be much easier if you follow the instructions.
  • Last changes If you want to be up to date with all the latest changes in the system, you should visit http://support.salesmanago.pl/new-features/. The system is developing quite intensively! You should read about the new features we launched for you!
  • Summarizing test After going through each of the 10 lessons you can solve the summarizing test. The test contains 100 questions about SALESmanago Marketing Automation. 1 question = 1 point. The test can be approached TWICE. After that, each month you can make one additional attempt. You will have 1 hour to pass the test. Immediately after that, you will get access to the results. NOTE: If you decide to take the test for the second time, you have to send an email with such information to karolina.piwowarczyk@salesmanago.pl. Only after that, you can complete the test. It is important if you want to receive a certificate! We offer a free SALESmanago Marketing Automation Specialist certificate for everyone who gains at least 90 points on the test. Attention: Before you start the test, you will be asked to fulfill the contact form. Your certificate will be issued with the details you provide over there, so make sure all of them are correct.

FAQ

Question: Where do I start?

Answer: Once you go to your first lesson, you will find lots of materials and sections. Start with the general overview in order to know what to expect from the lesson, then check out the dictionary: it will help you understand all terms needed for each lesson. After that, feel free to enjoy the video materials and complementary articles.

Question: How can I change my password?

Answer: Go to “My profile” (the icon at the top right corner of the screen), make any changes you like and save.

Question: Do I have to pass short tests from each lesson in order to take the final test?

Answer: No, those tests are not mandatory. However, they may be great training for you before you approach the summarizing test. They will give you an idea of what questions you can expect on the certification test.

Question: How many times can I take the 10-question tests?

Answer: The smaller 10-question tests are just a way for you to verify your learning progress. You can solve them any amount of times and take as much time as you like.

Question: Is it possible to see wrong answers if I make a mistake?

Answer: There is no possibility to preview the wrong answers. It is done this way to give you a chance to analyze your responses and find any mistakes proactively. It will help you to study more effectively.

Question: Where can I preview my 10-question test results?

Answer: You can preview your test results by going to “My profile” panel ( icon at the top right corner of the screen)

Question: What conditions should I fulfill to be eligible to take the final test?

Answer: Everyone interested in Marketing Automation is welcome to take the summarizing test. 🙂 Attention: If you decide to take the test for the second time after a failed attempt, please send an email to karolina.piwowarczyk@salesmanago.pl. After that, you will be able to make a second attempt. It is important if you want to receive a certificate!

Question: How can I get the certificate?

Answer: We offer a free SALESmanago Marketing Automation Specialist certificate for everyone who scores at least 90 points on the test.

Question: Can I take the test again if scored below 90% during my 1st attempt?

Answer: You take the test for the second time. After that, you can make one additional attempt each month.
